# Loom Games appoints Cansu Karahan Can as people & culture manager

Istanbul-based Loom Games has appointed Cansu Karahan Can as its new people & culture manager as the studio continues its rapid growth.

Can took to LinkedIn to share the news, saying she was excited to join Loom and work alongside CEO Kübra Gündoğan, CTO Emre Çelik and the wider team.

She joins Loom after more than three years at Midas, where she progressed from talent & culture manager to talent & culture senior manager. She previously spent more than two years at iyzico as HR lead, alongside roles at Insider and Stoikk.

**Growth continues**

The appointment comes as Loom enters a new phase following [Scopely's acquisition of a majority stake in February](https://www.pocketgamer.biz/scopely-acquires-majority-stake-in-istanbuls-pixel-flow-developer-loom-games/?ref=isakaba.com). The performance-based deal valued the Istanbul-based studio at more than $1 billion, making Loom one of Türkiye's newest gaming unicorns. 

Founded in 2025, Loom currently employs around 20 people and has rapidly scaled with its debut title, hybridcasual puzzle game Pixel Flow!. 

The game has attracted more than 10 million players globally and was previously reported to be generating seven-figure daily revenue from player spending and advertising.
