# Savvy Games Group promotes Sadeem Alkathery to projects specialist

Sadeem Alkathery has been promoted to Projects Specialist at Savvy Games Group, following more than three years with the Saudi gaming investment company.

Alkathery joined Savvy Games Group in February 2023 as a business development associate, where she worked on building strategic partnerships and relationships to support Saudi Arabia's gaming and esports ecosystem.

She was promoted to projects senior analyst in 2025, taking on work including annual KPI assessments for the group holding company, strategic alignment, completion metrics and reporting to senior management and the Public Investment Fund (PIF).

**Moving up**

Alkathery announced the promotion on LinkedIn, saying she was excited to take on the new role as Projects Specialist. She has now spent nearly four years at Savvy Games Group, progressing through three positions during that time.

The latest promotion adds to Savvy Games Group's growing team as the company continues to expand its role in Saudi Arabia's games industry and oversee investments and projects across the sector.

Alkathery's move also signifies the continued development of Saudi talent within the country's games ecosystem, with her career at Savvy progressing from business development into increasingly senior project-focused responsibilities.

The Public Investment Fund-backed Savvy Games Group is one of the key organisations supporting Saudi Arabia's ambitions to establish the Kingdom as a major global games hub.
