24 Bit Games names Nicky Visentin-E’Silva as VP of HR and operations

24 Bit Games has appointed Nicky Visentin-E'Silva as its new vice president of HR and operations. 

In her new role, she will support internal teams, help drive the company’s sustainable growth, and ensure the business continues to build a strong and supportive workplace that serves its community.

She has built a multidisciplinary career spanning games, operations and entrepreneurship, with a strong base in South Africa’s creative and tech sectors.

Her time at 24 Bit Games includes serving as head of human resources from late 2024 to early 2026 and previously as studio manager between January 2023 and October 2024.

Career foundations 

Alongside her studio leadership work, Visentin-E’Silva is also the co-founder and CEO of Fluent Panda, an education venture she launched in 2020, where she has led operations and business development while remaining active in the games industry.

Earlier in her career, she worked as a travel consultant at Planet Africa Tours and briefly as a service administrator at VAT IT, building experience in client services and operations before transitioning fully into games and creative leadership roles.
