We need a Technical QA “Office Manager” to keep quality consistent and enforced. This is a key role. Work model: Full-time, fully remote Core overlap hours: 1–5 P.M. KSA time Platform: PC, Consoles You’ll be the quality approver for pull-requests backed by automation, standards, and a pipeline you can trust (instead of vibes and hope). Responsibilities Pull Requests & Repo Standards Quality Gate: Review Pull Requests to ensure they meet requirements, are defect-free, and follow studio standards before merging. Repo Hygiene: Eliminate bloat—unused assets, messy structures, or unoptimized files—before they pile up. Standards: Help leads create and communicate practical quality standards for the team. CI/CD & Build Quality Pipeline Quality: Work with the Tech Lead to ensure builds, tests, and validations run reliably. Release Confidence: Ensure a reliable “green = safe” signal for merges. Testing, Automation & Performance Automation: Build and maintain automated tests to catch regressions and handle repetitive checks. Destructive Testing: Hunt for edge cases and break systems to surface risks early. Performance Monitoring: Regularly profile the game to hit framerate and memory targets, flagging regressions fast. Automation: Able to write and maintain automated tests and QA tooling (e.g., C# scripting for Unity). Git: Strong with Git workflows, conflict resolution, and clean history. 𝗘𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 - 2+ years of professional UI/UX design experience. - Mobile-first design mindset and understanding of touch interfaces. - Portfolio showing end-to-end design (research → prototypes → shipped products). - Proficiency with tools (Figma, Adobe Suite, prototyping tools). - Knowledge of game design principles and player psychology. - Strong communication skills to present and defend design decisions.
