Amer: The Chase set for PlayStation 5 launch in February 2026
Players take on the role of Amer, a street hustler working his way up through a city packed with varied districts
Mad Hook Games has revealed that Amer: The Chase will launch on PlayStation 5 in February 2026 to mark the console expansion for the racing title.
Described as a “hit and run” style experience, Amer: The Chase first launched on mobile in 2023 but is now getting set to make its console debut, driven by player choice rather than strict linear missions.
Players take on the role of Amer, a street hustler working his way up through a city, from dense urban blocks to wide open desert areas, all rebuilt to take advantage of the PlayStation 5’s visual capabilities.

The game features a mix of structured activities ranging from high-speed police chases and street races to odd jobs such as pizza delivery, taxi driving, and even animal catching.
Optional side activities include boxing matches, paintball encounters, and over-the-top tank battles hidden throughout the map.
Earlier this year, Mad Hook told IsaKaba that it plans to grow the Amer IP and expand the universe through multiple titles built around the same core world and character.
