Discovered MENA has appointed Dan Wardle as principal talent partner within its data and AI team.

In his new role, Wardle will lead senior talent partnerships across data, analytics, and artificial intelligence, working closely with startups and established companies across the Middle East and North Africa. 

He will focus on supporting high-growth businesses with specialist hiring as the region continues to invest heavily in AI-driven transformation.

Wardle said the move had been in progress for some time and marks the start of a new chapter focused on reconnecting with his Data and AI network, while expanding access to new opportunities with market-leading companies.

Career background

Wardle brings more than a decade of international recruitment experience spanning the UK and the Middle East, with a consistent focus on technology, data, and AI roles.

Prior to joining Discovered MENA, he spent several years at Kingston Stanley in Dubai, where he progressed from senior recruitment consultant to principal recruitment consultant before being promoted to business manager for Technology, Data and AI.

Earlier in his career, Wardle held recruitment roles at MCG Talent, Forward Role, and SThree, building expertise across data analytics, business intelligence, and technology recruitment for global clients.
