Khosouf Studio reveals tactical roguelite FPS Glitch Core
The title marks a new original IP for the developer
Saudi developer Khosouf Studio has revealed its upcoming title Glitch Core, a tactical roguelite first-person shooter currently in development for PlayStation 5 and PC.
The studio described the title as a fast-paced FPS featuring tactical gameplay systems and local split-screen cooperative play.
According to the developer, Glitch Core is being fully developed and ported to consoles internally, with the team handling the console adaptation process in-house.
Growth and development
Glitch Core is a tactical roguelite FPS set in a future where AI has been banned from Earth, following an AI agent training in a brutal combat simulation on a lunar base before uncovering the truth about its existence.
The announcement comes after the studio secured $600,000 earlier this year to support its growth and expansion.
The company said the investment will also help fund its relocation from the United Arab Emirates to Saudi Arabia as it looks to contribute to the country’s Vision 2030 ambition.
