Leti Arts recruits Michelle Yvonne Ferrari as lead game designer
“Great games are built by great people, and the team just got a whole lot stronger!"
Pioneering game development studio Leti Arts has appointed Michelle Yvonne Ferrari as lead game designer.
In her new role, Ferrari will focus heavily on hands-on game design and creative leadership, as well as play a key role in shaping the studio’s flagship projects.
She will be contributing directly to the design of mechanics, storytelling, and worldbuilding, bringing what the studio describes as a “fresh perspective” to its titles.
A key focus will be the studios' upcoming title Karmzah, where she will help refine and expand the gameplay experience following the demo’s release on Steam.
A worthy addition
Ferrari’s work history spans game design, production, and broader customer-facing roles, showing a steady transition into the games industry.
Alongside her work in games, she held part-time customer-facing roles in Rome and the Netherlands, building experience in sales, operations, and day-to-day coordination.
“Michelle brings a fresh perspective and a wealth of creativity to our design team," Leti Arts said in a post. “We can't wait for you to experience the mechanics, stories, and worlds she'll be crafting especially for Karmzah, whose demo is live on Steam.
