Nyamakop launches PC demo for Africanfuturist heist game Relooted
Reclaim lost artifacts

South African game studio Nyamakop has released a PC demo for Relooted, its Africanfuturist parkour heist game.
The demo arrives alongside the game’s first gameplay trailer, showcasing a premise that allows you to reclaim real-life cultural artifacts looted during colonial times.
Relooted is currently in development for PC and Xbox consoles with no official launch date.
A heist with purpose
The game lets you take on daring heists to repatriate artifacts such as Pedro of the Amazon, the remains of Prince Alemayehu of Ethiopia, and Mangi Meli’s skull of Tanzania.
Each mission tasks you with casing the location, planning escape routes, and executing the theft using Nomali’s fluid, parkour-inspired movement.
The game’s African futurist world is anchored in a South African hideout, with glimpses of a reimagined Johannesburg shaping its visual identity.
Relooted also features 70 real-world artifacts to recover, each of cultural, spiritual, and historical significance to the communities they were taken from.
You can access the PC (Steam) demo here.
