Paid Membership and Database Access Terms apply to any paid features, subscriptions, or premium databases offered by IsaKaba (“we”, “our”, “us”).

By purchasing or accessing a paid membership or database product on isakaba.com, you agree to these terms in addition to our general Terms and Conditions.

Access and Use

Paid memberships grant you limited, non-transferable access to selected premium content, tools, or databases, which may include studio directories, market insights, or editorial resources.

Access is for personal or internal professional use only. You may not resell, sublicense, share login details, or provide database access to third parties without written permission.

Payments and Billing

All prices are listed at the time of purchase. Payments are billed in advance on a one-time or recurring basis, depending on the plan selected.

Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for partial use, unused time, or cancellation mid-cycle.

Content and Data Accuracy

IsaKaba’s databases and premium content are provided for informational and research purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, completeness and real-time updates are not guaranteed.

You agree not to rely on IsaKaba data as the sole input for legal, financial, investment, or business decisions.

Acceptable Use

You may not:

  • Scrape, copy, download, or systematically extract database content
  • Use automated tools to access paid features
  • Republish or redistribute premium content without permission
  • Use the database to harass, spam, or misrepresent listed individuals or companies

Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access without refund if we believe these terms have been violated or if misuse threatens the platform.

Changes to Paid Features

IsaKaba may modify, expand, limit, or discontinue paid features at any time. Where possible, we will provide notice of significant changes.

Intellectual Property

All paid content, data structures, editorial analysis, and database design remain the intellectual property of IsaKaba and its contributors.
