Saudi-based Naphora targets global top 10 mobile studio status by 2026

Saudi-based Naphora Games Group has outlined an ambitious new growth strategy to become a global top 10 mobile game studio.

In a LinkedIn post, Naphora said its renewed focus follows years spent helping to build the Kingdom’s wider games ecosystem across incubation, publishing, investment, and talent development.

With key infrastructure now in place, Naphora believes the conditions are right to shift from ecosystem building to global-scale product execution.

Naphora said multiple new mobile titles are planned for release in 2026 as it looks to redefine what “Made in Saudi” means for games.

Continuous growth

Over the past five months, Naphora has expanded its team beyond 70 staff, built more than 15 prototypes in under a month, and increased its focus on mobile-first development, rapid testing, and market-driven execution.

The company pointed to initiatives like CODE, government support, and investment firms like Merak Capital and Impact46 as evidence that the Kingdom now has a full pipeline for developers to scale globally.

Naphora also touched on some of its most recent commercial and creative milestones, including Shotball from Holodot Studio and Afrsho from Raheebeen Studio.

Shotball was positioned as Saudi Arabia’s first esports-focused title and is launching across eight regions. Afrsho, on the other hand, surpassed 250,000 downloads within three months.
