Overview

B-Team Productions is a South African independent game studio known for creating irreverent comedy games with a strong emphasis on multiplayer and unconventional gameplay.

The studio's portfolio includes Broforce, Genital Jousting and GORN, with the team describing itself as having spent around 12 years making comedy games.

Its latest release is Sex with Friends, a multiplayer physics-based game built around deliberately awkward and chaotic interactions between players. The studio announced the game in 2025, positioning it as its latest experiment in comedy-driven multiplayer gameplay.

B-Team's work is notable within South Africa's games industry because its games have reached international audiences while maintaining a distinctly irreverent design philosophy. Broforce, in particular, became one of the country's best-known indie games, while Genital Jousting and GORN further established the team's reputation for unusual multiplayer experiences.
