Overview
Kucheza Gaming is a Nigeria-based game studio and education-focused organisation building original African IP while delivering game-based learning initiatives. Its studio arm develops culturally rooted titles such as Ìtàn Òrìṣà, inspired by Yoruba mythology, as well as co-development projects.
Through its Games in Education platform, Kucheza integrates computing education into public schools using game-based learning models. The studio combines entertainment, esports and education as part of a broader mission to expand access to gaming careers across Africa.

Intelligence
Kucheza Gaming has built its reputation less on shipping volume and more on ecosystem influence, using education, training and community infrastructure as the foundation for long-term IP development.
That model is strategically sound in markets where talent pipelines are weak, but it comes with a trade-off. Ecosystem leadership creates visibility and partnerships, yet it can slow commercial output if not tightly managed. The next phase for Kucheza will hinge on converting its training and community reach into scalable products and sustainable revenue.
