Overview

Malaika Games is an independent video game studio based in Cotonou, Benin, founded by Isdine Ibrahima Gnorra. The studio focuses on mobile game development and offers services spanning game development, 2D and 3D art, game design and UI/UX design.

The studio's latest release is Clash of Myths, an idle RPG inspired by Greek mythology and the Trojan War. Players assemble teams of mythological heroes and battle other players, with the game launching on iOS and Android in August 2026.

Malaika previously worked with Zambia-based Chroma Pixel Games on IMPANGA, an African tactical RPG set in a mysterious forest inspired by African mythology. The collaboration was described as a partnership aimed at promoting cultural diversity within African game development.

The studio has also developed Dôkun Miton, a digital extension of a card game centred on the royal treasures and cultural heritage of Benin.
