Overview

N'Ganin Games is an Ivorian independent game development studio focused on creating original mobile games for a global audience. The studio describes itself as a self-funded startup working to raise the quality and visibility of Africa's game development industry.

Its main project is Primal Force Arena, a sci-fi strategy game combining RPG, match-3 and turn-based combat. Players compete in tactical battles using different combinations of abilities and strategies, with both PvP and player-versus-bot modes. The game also features a story mode and customisation options for characters and equipment.

N'Ganin has also developed Atchon Squad, a 2D arcade shooter set beneath the sea. Players control soldiers fighting armies of robotic fish, with melee and ranged combat, equipment upgrades, boss battles, character customisation and global leaderboards. The game entered open beta in late 2024.

Primal Force Arena reached beta and had recorded more than 4,400 downloads before being removed from Google Play in June 2025. Atchon Squad had recorded almost 900 downloads during its open beta period.
