Nimble Fox Games is a bootstrapped Saudi indie studio running a high-velocity development model: one new game every three weeks. The approach is deliberately experimental. Rather than betting on a single title, the studio treats its pipeline as a funnel, releasing rapidly, reading the data, and doubling down on what performs.

In 2026, the team plans to test more than 20 games while keeping one or two. By 2027, the target is 60-plus experiments and at least one scaled hit. The studio works across puzzle, simulation, and hybrid-casual genres, with every decision anchored in player data and performance metrics rather than instinct. They recently raised $300,000 funding via the Exel by Merak accelerator.
