Overview
Founded in 2023, Pineapple on Pizza is a South Africa-based game studio focused on culturally inspired titles across mobile and PC. Starting as a small part-time team, the studio has grown to eight members and participated in multiple incubators and accelerators, with exposure in Paris and Bangalore in 2024.
The studio develops South African-influenced mobile games while also working on a larger-scale PC and console project aimed at elevating South Africa’s presence in the global games market.
