Sabbah steps into the role after more than seven years at the Jordan-based company
Jordan-based mobile publisher Tamatem has appointed Karam Sabbah as community support manager.
The move marks a continued internal promotion within the company’s player-facing operations team following news of a new DevOps engineer and community lead.
Sabbah steps into the role after more than seven years at Tamatem, where he most recently served as associate community support manager.
In that position, he supported community engagement initiatives and helped manage day-to-day player communications from the company’s Amman headquarters.
Community growth
Prior to that, he worked as community support supervisor for about two years, overseeing support workflows, reporting processes and team coordination.
Over the course of his tenure, Sabbah has contributed to strengthening player relationships, community outreach efforts and internal service operations as Tamatem expanded its portfolio of localised mobile titles across the MENA region.
Before joining Tamatem, he held customer service roles at VogaCloset and Extensya, building experience in service operations, coordination and frontline support.
