Tamatem appoints new senior DevOps engineer and associate community support

Jordan-based mobile publisher Tamatem Games has promoted Khaled Al-Anaqreh to senior DevOps engineer and Zaid Akram to associate community and support.

Al-Anaqreh steps into the senior role after nearly three years at Tamatem, where he served as DevOps engineer for nearly three years. Prior to joining Tamatem, he spent two years as operations engineer at T2 Business Research and Development in Amman.

Earlier in his career, he worked as a technical support engineer at Certacure, building hands-on experience across systems management and enterprise support.

Organisational growth

Akram, meanwhile, has progressed through multiple roles during more than four years at Tamatem. He joined the company in 2022 in a multimedia position before transitioning into a community support representative role in 2024.

Over the past year and a half, he has worked closely with players across communication and customer service functions, contributing to live operations and community engagement efforts.

With experience spanning technical infrastructure and player-facing support, both appointments reflect Tamatem’s continued focus on strengthening its internal capabilities as it expands its mobile publishing operations from Amman.
