Inuv8 Studios becomes an official PlayStation Partner
The move will allow the team bring its Nigerian-made game to PlayStation audiences
Nigeria-based Inuv8 Studios has become an official PlayStation Partner, opening a new route for its sci-fi action-adventure Project Override to reach new players.
Game Developer and Gameplay Programmer Daniel Shontan took to LinkedIn to share the news, saying it validates the studio's engineering pipeline and allows the team to bring its Nigerian-made game to a global PlayStation audience.
"This changes everything for our current sci-fi action-adventure, Project OVERRIDE," wrote Shontan. "It validates our engineering pipelines and allows us to bring high-fidelity, Nigerian-made gaming directly to the Global PlayStation Audience."

The partnership comes as Inuv8 continues development of Project Override, a post-apocalyptic sci-fi RPG built around a forgotten AI and a world left in ruins.
The studio recently opened the game for Steam wishlisting, describing it as an experience where exploration favours curiosity rather than hand-holding.
The PlayStation Partner status gives Inuv8 access to PlayStation's developer ecosystem, including development tools, publishing resources and support for bringing games to the platform.
Sony has previously said that becoming a PlayStation Partner allows developers to submit their games for potential editorial and promotional opportunities.
