DMCC launches new acceleration programme with NEXUS for gaming studios
The Dubai Multi Commodities Centre (DMCC) Gaming Centre has launched a new acceleration programme for member studios in partnership with NEXUS, offering support across global distribution, monetisation and player acquisition.
The programme features two tracks: co-publishing for studios with games ready to scale, and Web3 onboarding for teams beginning their blockchain journey.
Both tracks come with no upfront cost, with NEXUS covering infrastructure and marketing investment through a revenue-sharing model.
Distribution and growth
The initiative is designed to help DMCC member studios reach international markets, with NEXUS providing access to its distribution infrastructure and ONE store.
The partnership follows several recent efforts by the DMCC Gaming Centre to provide practical support to developers.
Earlier this month, the centre partnered with Epiphany on a bi-weekly mentorship programme covering funding, monetisation, publishing, growth and partnerships, with one-to-one sessions available to early-stage studios, growth-stage teams, solo founders and indie developers.
Applications for the new programme are now open to DMCC Gaming Centre member companies. Interested individuals can apply here.
