Steer Studios welcomes two new junior hires in development and design
The appointments are consistent with a deliberate hiring philosophy at the company
Steer Studios has appointed Fahad Almutairi as junior gameplay programmer and Reyam Alraddadi as junior game designer.
Alraddadi previously completed a six-month game design internship at Steer Studios through Savvy Games Group before transitioning into the full-time role.
Almutairi's background was not immediately available. The two appointments add to the Saudi developer's growing development team.
A studio built on junior talent
The appointments are consistent with a deliberate hiring philosophy at Steer Studios. The developer’s recently released mobile title Grunt Rush was built largely by a new and junior team, and the company has indicated it intends to continue that approach in 2026.
Central to this model is Steer's Elite Internship Program, which pairs junior staff with veteran developers to create an environment where skills transfer naturally and confidence builds quickly.
The studio has described the program as highly successful and a core part of how it develops talent from the ground up.
