Ahmed Najeeb joins Quantum Club as game development director and instructor

Egypt-based 2024 Studios founder and CEO Ahmed Najeeb has joined Quantum Club as game development director and instructor, expanding his focus from university-level education to younger generations of game developers.

Najeeb previously taught university graduates before stepping into the role at Quantum, where he will lead game development and AI courses alongside competitive esports programming. He remains in his position at 2024 Studios.

"A different kind of challenge than what I'm used to," said Najeeb in a post. "Although the role consumes a lot of my energy and time, I accepted it to fulfill only one objective: to see these kids releasing their first game when they're in college. A goal I couldn't have even imagined when I was their age."

Building Egypt's gaming foundation

Quantum Club is a structured gaming ecosystem operating across private clubs in Egypt, combining game development and AI education, esports competition pathways, and talent management for players and content creators. The organisation also produces esports activations and events in partnership with major brands.

The move places Najeeb at the centre of an effort to professionalise grassroots gaming in Egypt, working with students at club level before scaling the model nationally. Quantum's broader goal is to shift gaming from passive entertainment into a guided, skill-based experience for young people across the country.

2024 Studios is listed in the IsaKaba Studios Directory and continues to operate under Najeeb's leadership.
