Maysalward has completed the first pilot of its Senior Creative Program, moving its senior-focused gaming initiative from concept to active delivery.

Four participants spent nine hours working through game design, 3D printing, and building personal stories inside the Minecraft Education platform.

The pilot builds on the studio's Golden Agers workshop, which introduced a full-day programme designed to build digital confidence among adults aged 65 and above through games and hands-on technology sessions.

A programme taking shape

The addition of Minecraft Education and 3D printing to the delivery suggests the programme is developing a more defined curriculum beyond its original scope.

Maysalward, one of the Arab world's longest-running studios, has framed the initiative as proof that creativity and play carry no age limit.

“What started as curiosity quickly turned into pure joy, connection, and discovery,” said Maysalward founder and CEO Nour Khrais in a post. “There were moments of hesitation, bursts of laughter, and shining breakthroughs when everything clicked.

He added: “This wasn't just a pilot. It was living proof that creativity has no age limit, innovation doesn't belong only to the young, and imagination never retires.”

Whether the Senior Creative Program becomes a recurring offering remains to be confirmed.

Maysalward is listed in the IsaKaba Studios Directory.
